Backend Developer

Our client is a rapidly expanding bank based in London. They are looking for back-end developers who can help build a brand-new mobile application.

In this role, you will be creating the back-end interface of the applications and website for the bank. You’ll work closely with other engineers and developers in a project team to help develop and launch a brand-new application to services their current and future customer base. This is the perfect chance for you to get into a role where you will be working on a greenfield implementation of this new service offering, not just in the short-term, but with a focus on scalability and long-term use.

The role requires:

• 2 years + experience in working with GoLang is essential
• Prior experience designing, building and maintaining mobile applications.
• Working in a collaborative project team of Engineers and Developers
• Confidence in troubleshooting complex system issues independently.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.
• Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and drive ongoing improvements within and across project.
• Experience working in Financial services or Banking is highly desirable.
• Fully Remote Opportunity.
• Day rate: Up to £400 per day with some flexibility depending on experience: (OutsideIR35).
