About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our efforts in shaping the future of the print-on-demand industry.

You'll work closely with the Product Marketing team — a smart, data-driven group that operates at the intersection of product, supply, sales, and acquisitions. This role goes far beyond reporting; you’ll dive into rich, diverse data to help shape campaigns, uncover what drives user success, and guide key decisions.

Experience with both product and marketing analytics is essential, as your insights will directly influence strategy and performance measurement.

Your Daily Tasks will Entail:

  • Acting as the go-to data partner for the Product Marketing team, providing actionable insights that influence strategy and execution
  • Collaborating on projects, campaigns, and experiments from day one to guide goal setting, KPI definition, and performance measurement
  • Analyzing data related to product discounts, incentives, educational campaigns, and user behavior to uncover impactful insights
  • Translating complex findings into clear, compelling stories that drive informed decision-making across the team
  • Defining data models in collaboration with data engineers and ensuring high data quality through rigorous QA processes
  • Building and maintaining Looker dashboards, explores, measures, and dimensions to enable self-serve, insightful analysis
  • Continuously improving the Product Marketing data stack and tooling to enhance visibility into key metrics
  • Supporting the team in becoming more data-sufficient by identifying training opportunities and simplifying access to data

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science)
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally with a focus on product and marketing
  • Strong English written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience using Snowflake or similar data warehouses
  • Skilled in building dashboards and visualizations with BI tools (Looker is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Solid grasp of data modeling and data quality best practices
  • Experience in product analytics, event tracking tools (Amplitude is a plus), and A/B testing
  • Ability to apply advanced statistical techniques and causal inference methods to real-world business problems
  • Experience with Python for data analysis
  • Exposure to machine learning for business use cases

What we Offer:

  • All the resources and tools to perform your tasks (choose between Mac or Windows).
  • An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Rīga OR Tallinn.
  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 a.m.).
  • Health insurance, including a mental wellness program.
  • Employee discounts for 300+ premium products.
  • Room for professional growth (conferences, workshops, mentoring, guest lectures).
  • Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!

We are an equal opportunity workplace. We’re committed to diversity and inclusion and make our hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and work experience.
