We are supporting a leading manufacturer in the data centre sector who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product installation projects across Europe. This role is central to delivering technical excellence, ensuring smooth project delivery, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
You will be responsible for managing projects from both a technical and operational perspective – from on-site client interaction, installation training, and safety workshops, through to supply chain coordination, delivery scheduling, and reporting. The role requires a mix of site-based involvement and internal process management, ensuring seamless collaboration between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Build and monitor project schedules, aligning with clients and supply partners to ensure timely delivery while managing risks.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the key on-site contact, building strong relationships with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise & Support: Provide installation guidance, deliver training to partners across Europe, and act as the technical authority on product performance.
- Internal Process Management: Work closely with customer service, logistics, warehouse, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supply Chain & Forecasting: Manage deliveries, update forecasts, and ensure product availability to prevent delays.
- Documentation & Technical Drawings: Coordinate technical documentation and drawings between the client and design teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Studies, Industrial Design, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven track record in managing complex, customer-facing projects with a focus on quality and delivery.
- Strong on-site project experience (construction or technical product installation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organisational ability.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a solution-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15–25%) to oversee projects across Europe.
