What You Will Do
- Design and maintain infrastructure supporting Gravity’s trading systems.
- Participate in our transition from startup-grade setups to more mature, scalable solutions.
- Build and operate services with a focus on availability, performance, and security.
- Set up and maintain development infrastructure (CI/CD, artifact repositories, etc.).
- Manage cloud-based and hybrid environments.
- Implement scalable monitoring and alerting systems.
- Collaborate directly with developers for better result achievement
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years in a similar DevOps / Sysadmin / SRE role.
- Strong theoretical and practical AWS knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Python development skills.
- Ability to read and understand C, C++, Rust, and Go code.
- Track record designing, deploying, and maintaining High Availability (HA) systems.
- Experience running production workloads.
- Security-first mindset.
- Clean record.
- Networking expertise (VPNs, routing, BGP).
- Experience managing medium-scale RDBMS.
- Experience with SSO provider/client deployment & configuration (OIDC/SAML/LDAP).
- Understanding of crypto markets, exchanges, and trading systems.
- Willingness to support critical infrastructure outside 9-5.
