You will be responsible for the following projects:

  • Gather and systematize information about the competitive market and regulatory requirements;
  • Actively engage with market participants to collect feedback on current and upcoming products and features;
  • Propose the launch of new products and improvements to existing ones;
  • Prepare and execute commercialization plans for new products in cooperation with other departments;
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on product presentation, sales strategies, training, etc.;
  • Define and monitor product-related KPIs (cost, sales price, volumes, PnL);
  • Organize timely product discontinuation from the market or replacement with alternative products.


We offer a hybrid work model (2 days per week from home).

Expect business travel at least 4 times a year.

We hope that you have:

  • Experience in a similar product management position;
  • A university degree in engineering or management;
  • Continuous improvement mindset, ability to present and defend your ideas;
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office;
  • High standards for yourself and others, quick to adapt, analytically minded, communicative;
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.


Salary

From 4000 to 5000 €/month gross

Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
