Experienced Security Officer

MTM Partners is seeking an experienced Security Officer, with broad knowledge of ISO 27001 and 22301.

Your role:

• Collaborate closely with the CISO to drive yearly ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certification activities.
• Coordinate the periodic review process for ISO documentation, ensuring owners update materials on schedule.
• Perform a final quality check of documentation before release to maintain compliance standards.
• Provide active support during internal and external audits, representing the organization as a key contact for IT security compliance matters.

Your profile:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and related frameworks or methodologies such as ITIL, ISF, and Agile.
• Direct involvement in previous ISO 27001 / 22301 audits, particularly in the role of auditee.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Certifications available in CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CEH, ITIL.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German would be a valuable asset.
