🚀 Co-Founder (Legal & Compliance) – Equity Role

We are currently in the process of securing funding, which means this is an equity-holding, part-time role to start. It’s designed to run alongside your current activities until funding is finalized, after which we aim to transition into a paid position.

At LifeChain, we’re reimagining legacy planning for the modern world.

We’re building an AI + blockchain-powered platform to:

• Store living wills and final wishes immutably and accessibly
• Reaffirm guardians and executors annually, so roles stay valid
• Provide trusted individuals with a simple QR code to access records when it matters most

Our platform complements—not replaces—traditional legal wills, making them more agile, affordable, and human. LifeChain ensures that your voice is heard and your intent is honored across borders and generations.

We’re seeking a Co-Founder (Legal & Compliance) who can help us navigate the complex legal landscape of wills, notary processes, and compliance requirements. You’ll play a key role in shaping our platform’s alignment with regulatory standards and formalizing our funding journey.

We’d love to work with someone who brings:

• Forward & fast thinking with a background in law (ideally notary, estate planning, or compliance)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and tech teams
• Understanding of blockchain technology and its legal implications (or willingness to learn fast)
• Experience in legacy planning or related legal fields (a strong plus!)
• Cross-border perspective, with familiarity of legal requirements across different jurisdictions
• Start-up mindset – hands-on, collaborative, and eager to build something meaningful
