Job Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will translate business inquiries into actionable analytics by integrating both business and technical perspectives through BI tools. Your responsibilities include identifying and articulating business objectives, applying data mining and cleansing methodologies, and delivering insights with clear narrative communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and identify the key business problems that data and analytics can help solve.
• Works as a partner with and challenge the business owner by asking the right questions.
• Provide insight and support business partners in their data discovery process .
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, analytic reports and data visualizations to generate insights and support Business Units using BI tools.
• Provide technical expertise on data warehouse structures, data mining, data cleansing and data visualization.
• Act as liaison between Data Architecture and business stakeholders.
• Monitor internal and external developments that might influence daily operations.
• Provide insight to business units what “state of the art” look likes in data and analytics in relevant subject area.
• Design, develop and maintain enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence system to provide insights and support business units using BI tool.
• Gather and analyze report requirements from end users, determine and implement solutions to present desired data.
• Support business users in their data discovery process.
• Collaborates with Data Scientists to develop complex models

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Experience in project management, complex business analysis, data processing, warehousing and modelling.
• Experienced in SQL and BI Tools,(e.g. Power Bl (preferred), OAS, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
• Power Platform knowledge is preferable.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in banking or consultancy in the financial sector.
• Good time management and ability to balance multiple, time-sensitive projects.
• Ability to take on responsibility to understand and resolve issues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Have an excellent command of both written & spoken English.
• Eager to learn.
