We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, living in Lisbon or Braga, to join our team of passionate professionals. If you enjoy driving product vision, working closely with engineering teams, and creating impactful solutions in B2B SaaS/Cloud environments — this opportunity is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide teams as an Agile advocate, fostering continuous improvement processes.

• Manage conflicts and impediments as they arise and coach the team on resolution.

• Collaborate with development teams, QA, architects, and stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps and release schedules.

• Own and supervise the product backlog, including writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing based on customer and business value.

• Translate product vision into well-defined requirements, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Leverage your technical background to triage development/QA tickets and communicate effectively with developers.

• Drive execution of the end-to-end product development lifecycle using agile methodologies and an MVP approach.

• Identify new market opportunities and influence product strategy and vision.

• Partner with customer developers, sales, R&D, support, and other product managers to deliver integrated product releases aligned with business needs.

• Ensure transparency of progress and deliverables by maintaining open and honest communication with all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.

• Proven track record supporting Agile software development teams.

• Strong experience with B2B SaaS/Cloud products.

• Inbound expertise: working directly with software developers and technical teams.

• Outbound experience: engaging with top-tier clients to gather insights and validate solutions.

• Solid understanding of SDLC phases, from requirements to deployment.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and manage complex roadmaps.

• Hands-on knowledge of data and product tools (e.g., Gainsight, Pendo).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
