About The Role

Our UX/UI Designers are passionate about creating intuitive, functional and visually appealing digital experiences. This professional plays an essential role in defining and continuously improving the user experience, from conception to implementation. They work closely with multidisciplinary teams - such as development, product and marketing - to ensure that every interaction with our products reflects the needs of users and business objectives. The main characteristics of this professional are their critical thinking, aesthetic sensibility and focus on usability, ready to turn ideas into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create moodboards and final mockups according to the visual and experience guidelines of each project;
  • Develop Design Systems based on a set of visual rules, principles, constraints and good practices;
  • Create interactive prototypes;
  • Ability to provide the development team with a storyboard of animations, transitions and other technical resources that add value to the product;
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape the future products;
  • Graphic content for presentations and digital content;
  • Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback;
  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of design decisions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Communication Design, training in UX/UI Design or similar;
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
  • Experience in participating in web and mobile development projects;
  • Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools;
  • Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively;
  • Good skills in visualizing and presenting ideas;
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English.
