We seek a Data Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Hybrid working mode with base in Lisbon.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a dynamic, results-driven team 🚀. The professional will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, transforming it into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making 📊.

Key responsibilities:

• Collecting, processing, and validating data from various systems 🔍.
• Developing reports and dashboards to monitor business metrics 📈.
• Identifying patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities through descriptive and diagnostic analysis 💡.
• Supporting business teams in gathering requirements and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) 🎯.
• Collaborating with different departments to promote effective use of information 🤝.

Desired profile:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Management, or related fields 🎓.
• Experience in data analysis and proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other visualization platforms 💻.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate results clearly and effectively 🗣️.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation 🧠.
• Team player with adaptability to dynamic environments 🌍.

🌟 Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Apache Flink, Kafka, or streaming technologies.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• AWS, Azure, or similar certifications.
