Frontend Developer

Role: React Developer

Type: Contract (B2B)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement front-end components with seamless integration to back-end systems, ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange.
• Continuously review and enhance existing services and components, identifying opportunities for performance and maintainability improvements.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, driving long-term codebase health.
• Influence and contribute to the product roadmap, delivering improvements aligned with key performance indicators and tangible business outcomes.
• Mentor and support the development of team members’ software engineering skills, fostering continuous learning and growth.
• Take ownership of the team’s culture and ways of working, promoting best practices, high-quality code, and robust testing standards.

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with peers and senior stakeholders.
• Capable of navigating ambiguity, assessing risks, and leveraging appropriate tools and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong leadership in driving team alignment, decision-making, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including software design, architectural patterns, and computational complexity.
• Well-versed in best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including:
• Coding standards
• Code reviews
• Source control (e.g., Git)
• Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Automated testing
• Production monitoring and support
