1. Data & AI - Senior Consultant: This role is suited for a professional who can drive or co-lead data and AI initiatives, translating business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate combines insurance domain knowledge, technical expertise with strong client-facing capabilities and is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.

• Project Leadership: Steer data and AI projects from concept to production, providing both technical and managerial oversight.
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable data platforms and AI solutions, leveraging strategic platforms like Palantir Foundry and major cloud providers such as Azure, AWS.
• Technical Development: Build and maintain robust data pipelines and AI applications using modern languages and frameworks, particularly Python and PySpark.
• Business Analysis: Act as a key point of contact for clients, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical plans and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Coach: Guide junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Qualifications:
• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a similar technical role, preferably in a consulting environment or implementing business content for (re)insurers/banks.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, SQL and databases.
• Adequate (Re)Insurance domain knowledge (Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims)
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, including services such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
