DevOps Engineer

Helsingborg / 3 days onsite

Duration: October 2025 – August 2026

Job Role:

• We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an agile DevOps team working on a large-scale digital solution in the invoicing and transaction processing domain.
• This is a high-volume, global environment where scalability, resilience, and performance are critical.
• You will contribute to the full software development life cycle — designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting microservices that handle millions of daily transactions and thousands of events per second.
• The team works closely with business stakeholders to deliver new features, support existing implementations, and enable expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features in a microservices-based, event-driven architecture
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and reliability
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an agile DevOps team
• Provide production support, including on-call support rotation
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and stability of the solution

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience building scalable, event-based microservice applications
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, Kafka Streams, Spring Boot, and Kotlin
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or PostgreSQL is highly desirable
• Passion for learning new technologies and driving innovation
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and test automation
• Collaborative, proactive, and confident in challenging the status quo
