We are looking for a Global Project Operations Manager for a company in Västerås. Start is in November, 13 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% remote.
The role focuses on continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma coaching, change enablement, and project leadership across multiple business areas.
You will support global functions such as R&D, Operations, Project Portfolio Management, HR, and Communications through:
- Coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Supporting organizational change management.
- Standardizing processes and sharing best practices.
- Driving efficiency and sustainability of improvement programs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma (L6S), using DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen and related tools.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate across global teams to implement strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Support change management activities for new ways of working.
- Contribute to the development of continuous improvement standards and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven application.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Experience working in complex, global organizations.
- Flexibility to work across time zones.
This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso. Start is in November, 13 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% remote.
