What You Will Do
- Design and implement back-end systems and APIs using state-of-the-art technologies and practices.
- Contribute to a mature, API-first fintech platform built with Django.
- Communicate with US-based clients on a daily basis.
- Develop a solid codebase covered with automated sets of tests.
- Learn new skills and technologies as you go.
- Use AI tools in everyday development work.
- Finally, your work will have a big impact on product development and the direction in which it moves.
- Experience in implementing back-end APIs.
- Team-oriented approach and knowledge of the Agile process.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Openness to working with startup and scaleup clients.
- Ability to write testable code.
- Readiness to occasionally take on frontend development tasks.
- Fluency in English and Polish (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).
- Familiarity with Django.
- Some experience with frontend development (React is a plus!).
- Familiarity with automation work (CI/CD) and infrastructure management (e.g. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
- Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases.
- Familiarity with asynchronous Python and message queues.
- Experience with Temporal.
