Sales Executive - B2B Sales – Oslo

📍 Locations: Oslo & Stockholm

💰 Salary Base: 40k–45k NOK/month

  • OTE: 700k–750k NOK

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with C-level decision-makers and helping them access exclusive events and meetings.


Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, pitching, and closing
  • Generate a new pipeline via cold-calling and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts & manage expectations
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless customer experiences


Who You Are

✅ At least 2 years’ B2B sales experience (full sales cycle) – ideally with IT/Tech clients

✅ Native Norwegian + fluent English

✅ Proven track record in target-driven sales environments

✅ Strong communicator, comfortable with consultative and high-touch sales

✅ Motivated by growth opportunities in an international environment
