Qualifications
- Experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Network Security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Required experience:
• 7 years recent experience in a Helpdesk and /or Technical Support administration role.
• Industry certifications like MCSE, A+, ITIL and CCNP
• Knowledge in PABX/Voice solutions (VOIP) will be an added advantage >
•Service Desk Analyst and IT Infra will ensure that all below responsibilities are aligned with the Group IT policies, strategy and directives.
•This is a dual role that combines IT helpdesk and Infrastructure functions.
•Customer service & communication skills are vital to this role and it is requires to have strong understanding of IT infrastructure domain.
