Position: Junior Product Manager
Location: Toronto, On
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Work with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management processes.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements.
- Help prepare product documentation, training materials, and internal communication.
- Stay up to date with healthcare regulations, standards, and technology trends (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a product, business analyst, or project coordination role.
- Strong interest in healthcare technology and digital health innovation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
