Position: Junior Product Manager

Location: Toronto, On


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and market trends.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management processes.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements.
  • Help prepare product documentation, training materials, and internal communication.
  • Stay up to date with healthcare regulations, standards, and technology trends (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR, etc.).


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a product, business analyst, or project coordination role.
  • Strong interest in healthcare technology and digital health innovation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
