Fullstack Developer

Job Summary

As a Full-Stack Developer on our team, you’ll own end-to-end features—from GraphQL schemas and backend services to React UIs and databases. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and DevOps to ship high-quality code, improve our platform’s performance and security, and help us iterate rapidly on new products. Bilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin) are required to facilitate seamless collaboration across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop front end website architecture

• Work alongside our UIUX designer to translate design mock-ups to frontend code

• Ensure the responsiveness of website applications

• Develop backend website applications using Domain-driven design methodology

• Create servers and databases for functionality

• Integration between frontend and backend applications.

• Design and develop API

• Understand both technical and consumer needs

• Help in establishing best practices and keep abreast of latest technology developments

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

· Proven experience (1 – 4 years) in building high-performance, client-facing platforms and applications (backend and frontend).

· Strong hands-on experience with Golang or comparable compiled languages (C++, Java, C#).

· Proficiency in frontend development technologies, specifically ReactJS, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

· Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and in-memory databases (e.g., Redis).

· Experience with messaging brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).

· Comprehensive understanding of microservices architecture and interservice communication protocols (e.g., gRPC, REST).

· Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

· Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, demonstrating clarity, precision, and the ability to avoid ineffective communication.

· Demonstrated self-motivation, strong accountability, and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

· Experience with Blockchain technologies.

· Familiarity with financial services and knowledge of relevant financial systems and processes.
