We are seeking a talented and experienced Agile IT Project Managerr to join a leading financial technology company and stable leader. The role offers a unique opportunity to own the revitalization of a legacy product and drive its future direction.

You Will Get To...
-Deliver huge Trading system transformation as Project Manager and become the expert on a critical legacy product by conducting a deep-dive analysis of its features, user experience, and technical architecture. You'll gather insights from users and stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
-Build the future of the product by developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands. You'll prioritize new features and enhancements based on their business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
-Collaborate closely with an Engineering Manager to ensure technical solutions perfectly support the product vision and strategy.
-You'll be the bridge between the product and engineering teams, driving effective communication and successful implementation.
-Lead the conversation with stakeholders at all levels, communicating the product vision and progress. You'll build consensus and manage expectations around product priorities and timelines with business owners.
-Define success by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data-driven insights to iterate on the product, continuously enhancing user satisfaction.

You Will Bring Your Experience Of...
-5-7 years in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing and revitalizing legacy IT products.
-Developing and executing successful product roadmaps and strategies that have delivered real results.
-Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through strong analytical skills.
-Building consensus and influencing diverse teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-A passion for technology and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
-Domain knowledge of derivatives Trading Technology Products is a plus.
