What you’ll be doing:

We're hiring a Junior Developer who's passionate about creating well-structured, high-quality data solutions. Join us, and you'll be part of our Data and Analytics Team - a group of talented designers, efficient developers, and product owners working to drive impact in the fastest-growing area of our company. In this role, you'll support our existing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and play a key part in new data integrations that align with our organizational priorities.

Support the development of STEP as the main Master Data Management (MDM) system.
Oversee product data interfaces.
Develop product data models.
Manage product data uploads.
Implement and maintain data workflows.
Ensure data accuracy through cleaning and validation processes.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to identify and prioritize data needs.

Your skillset for performance:

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or similar technical degree.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical, data-driven approach and a passion for exploring and understanding data.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
Self-organized, ensuring high-quality task delivery within deadlines.
Detail-oriented and passionate about high standards in information design.
Hands-on experience in data profiling, quality rules, and mapping development.
Proficiency in Java or JavaScript, and familiarity with XML and JSON.
Fluent English skills.
Residence permit in Lithuania.

The salary range is from 2800 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
