About the Role: As our UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in building new e-commerce brands focused on high conversion rates and visually appealing, seamless user experiences. Working from scratch, you’ll design, test, and refine e-commerce funnels that meet best practices for both performance and aesthetics. This is a unique opportunity to design entire brand experiences and make a lasting impact in the DTC health & wellness space.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience designing in the e-commerce space, especially for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
• E-commerce Expertise: You understand the best practices for creating high-converting e-commerce funnels and can design with both form and function in mind.
• Creative Eye: Ability to create visually appealing, on-brand designs that resonate with our health & wellness audience.
• Strategic Approach: You think beyond aesthetics, integrating conversion-focused principles to optimize user flows and engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build engaging e-commerce funnels that prioritize user experience and drive high conversion rates.
• Develop brand identities for new health & wellness brands, creating unique and cohesive visual experiences.
• Work closely with our CRO, copywriting, and performance creative teams to align designs with brand goals.
• Apply user research insights and analytics to continuously refine and optimize designs.
• Collaborate on iterative design processes, testing, and adjusting for maximum performance.
