HVAC Mechanical Engineer

Purpose:

As part of the Operations and Maintenance team in the company, finds faults, carries out repairs and maintenance, and services and tests HVAC units and systems, preventing crucial issue that might lead to major problems.

Summary of the Job:

• Review and approval of consultant design, specifications & BOQ of Mechanical & HVAC project
• Evaluation & approval of contractor's Mechanical & HVAC shop drawing.
• Evaluation & approval of Mechanical & HVAC materials (MAS) & site instructions
• Inspection of Mechanical & HVAC installation works on building expansion & modification project in the company.
• Ensure the following:
• -Quality of works
• -Compliance with engineering standards
• -Compliance with the approved drawing.
• -Compliance with the HSE standards.
• -Attending on the weekly project coordination meeting.
• -Interface with other disciplines and provide necessary guidance on HVAC system design, installation etc.
• -Design & modification of the A/C lay-out base on the requested building lay-out.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Mechanical and HVAC Function.
