SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Private Banking Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring and growing Private Banking client relationships, increasing Assets under Management (AUM), and enhancing both liabilities and asset portfolios. The role requires delivering superior client service, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring full compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
Business Development
• Source and acquire new Private Banking clients in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
• Identify high-net-worth individuals and build strong, trust-based relationships.
• Promote the full suite of Private Banking products and services to attract new assets and liabilities.

Relationship Management
• Strengthen and grow relationships with existing Private Banking clients.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and provide tailored investment and banking solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and regular engagement.

Sales Process & Reporting
• Apply a structured and disciplined sales approach, including needs-based selling and cross-selling.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, visits, and pipeline opportunities in Qube or other relevant systems.
• Report on sales performance and progress against targets to line management.

Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, including KYC, AML, and CBO regulations.
• Monitor client transactions and activities for any red flags or risk indicators.
• Collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams to manage any identified issues.

Product & Market Expertise
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Bank’s investment, wealth, and liability product offerings.
• Stay updated on market developments, economic trends, and client behaviors.
• Recommend appropriate solutions aligned with clients’ investment profiles and risk appetites.



Requirements

• Omani nationals only
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles.
