The Role:
We are looking for a Product Owner (Salesforce Team) to define and deliver CRM solutions that support sales, marketing, and customer success processes. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring solutions add measurable value and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog in line with company strategy and stakeholder goals.
- Shape and communicate the CRM product vision, ensuring a shared understanding of business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from idea and hypothesis to delivery and performance review.
- Maintain transparency through Agile artifacts (roadmap, backlog, release plan).
- Balance speed of delivery with long-term sustainability and quality.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the Salesforce team, working closely with developers, admins, analysts, and QA.
- Regularly update stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating product progress.
- Write user stories for CRM-related features (process automation, integrations, reporting/dashboards).
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins/consultants to design and implement solutions.
- Assess the business impact of CRM changes across sales, service, and marketing processes.
About You:
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-quality CRM solutions. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, bridging stakeholders and development teams to create products that drive measurable impact.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in IT or digital products.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven requirements management skills: user stories, acceptance criteria, impact analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for documentation and vendor communication (higher level is a plus).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
- Salesforce certification (Admin / App Builder) or willingness to pursue certification.
- Background in e-commerce, retail, or financial services.
