Recently completed your Computer Science degree (or a related field) and don’t have much work experience yet?

This is your chance to step into the real world of development, using cutting-edge AI tools while building your career from day one.

We’ll train you on Cursor, Lovable, Claude, n8n, and more — and you’ll quickly move on to real client projects in outstaffing/outsourcing formats.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deliver AI-powered applications
• Get hands-on with advanced conversational AI platforms
• Work closely with a dynamic, fast-moving team
• Continuously improve your skills through real-world experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Degree in Computer Science (or similar technical field) — mandatory (or solid practical experience)
• Strong motivation to learn and grow
• High level of self-discipline and independence
• Ability to manage tasks on your own
• Fluent spoken English & Russian — essential (clients in Israel & the U.S.)

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, Next.js)
• Background in full-stack development
• Experience with AI assistant platforms
• Russian language skills (advantage, as some teammates are Russian-speaking)
