We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team in Leicester and play a key role in our technology transformation. You will be central to migrating our on-premises platforms to the cloud, working closely with our development teams, and providing expertise in cloud environments to help shape scalable, secure, and modern solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of on-premises platforms into cloud-based environments.
• Collaborate with Development teams to design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure, builds, and releases using Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting tools.
• Deploy and manage containerized and microservices-based applications.
• Monitor and optimize application, server, and service performance.
• Support both Windows and Linux environments to ensure stability and scalability.

Technologies You’ll Work With:

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• CI/CD & Automation: Azure DevOps (on-premises & cloud), automated builds & releases
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, microservices
• Code Quality & Monitoring: SonarQube, monitoring tools for applications/servers/services
• Scripting: PowerShell
• Databases & Servers: SQL Server, Windows & Linux servers
• Development Stack: Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, TFS

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong background in cloud migration and cloud-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and scripting.
• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and application monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively with both Windows and Linux servers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
