We’re looking for a Freelance UI/UX Designer who lives in Figma, thinks in flows, and ships production-ready work fast. You’ll lead interface design for our web/app experiences and build large, performant websites with a CMS (Framer CMS/Webflow or headless). Modern design thinking + fluency with AI tools (e.g., UXPilot, Figma, Framer) is essential. Paid contract role, fully remote in India.

What You’ll Do

• Craft production UI — high-fidelity screens, design systems, iconography, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts in Figma/Framer.
• Map user journeys — convert complex requirements (incl. data/AI features) into clear, testable flows.
• Prototype & validate — interactive prototypes in Figma/Framer; run quick tests, iterate rapidly.
• Build large websites with CMS — design scalable page templates, component libraries, and CMS schemas (Framer CMS/Webflow; bonus: headless like Sanity/Contentful).
• Leverage AI in the workflow — use UXPilot/Framer/Figma AI to accelerate wireframes, copy variants, component generation, and QA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with engineering, product, and brand; present in stand-ups and async Looms.
• Own quality — accessibility, performance, and SEO-aware design; handoff with clean specs/tokens.

Your Toolkit

• Portfolio showcasing polished product UI and large CMS-driven websites (bonus: wellness/health or data-heavy products).
• Expert Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, libraries.
• Framer proficiency: page builds, interactions, Framer CMS, site structure, and asset optimization.
• Modern design thinking: problem framing, hypothesis-driven iterations, and measurable outcomes.
• AI tools: practical experience with UXPilot, Figma AI, and Framer AI for ideation/production.
• Strong grasp of typography, colour, accessibility (WCAG), responsive patterns.
• Nice-to-have: motion (Lottie/After Effects), basic HTML/CSS/JS literacy, usability testing chops, headless CMS (Sanity/Contentful).
