Junior System Engineer (Windows, Luxembourg)

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will assist in the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Windows-based systems and networks. This position is ideal for candidates who have foundational knowledge of Windows environments and are eager to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure field :

• Provide end-user support for Windows-related issues, including software installations, access rights, and connectivity problems due to the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Respond to user requests in a timely manner, offering guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
• Assist with Active Directory management, including user account creation, deletion, and permission adjustments.
• Support Group Policy administration under the guidance of senior staff.
• Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology with at least 2 years of experience in an Operations Engineers Team;
• 2 years of experience in a Windows System Administration or IT Support role.
• Strong knowledge with GPO and Active directory. Intune and SCCM is an asset.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
• Strong team spirit and customer-oriented mindset;
• Fluency in English and a good command in French.
