📌 In a few words

We are looking for a Concept Development Expert to join our team and accompany our customers in Zürich.

🎯 Your mission

As an expert, you will contribute your technical knowledge and strategic perspective to integrate modern technologies with existing legacy systems, many of which do not comply with today’s industry standards. You will analyse current structures, assess technological opportunities, and develop a forward-looking concept that includes prototyping and enables sustainable scalability.

• Ensure dynamic updates of all linked content upon changes (including training exercises).
• Integrate and transform data from heterogeneous and partly outdated legacy applications.
• Identify and leverage suitable technologies for a scalable and future-proof infrastructure.
• Develop prototypes to validate and iteratively refine the concept.
• Collaborate closely with training experts, IT specialists, and other stakeholders.

💼 Your profile

• Strong technical expertise, particularly in data management, automation, and system

integration.

• Proven ability to handle complex and diverse data sources.

• Experience designing structured, realistic, and goal-oriented technical concepts.

• Proficiency in prototyping, scripting, and Agile concept development.

• Analytical mindset, structured approach, and strong conceptual skills.

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities within interdisciplinary teams.

Other relevant skills/experience:

• Fluent written & spoken English and German is required. French is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in scripting or software development.
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as cloud services, AI, containerization, and integration interfaces, sufficient to design robust and future-proof concepts.
