As One Of Two HR Advisors Dedicated To Employee Relations, You’ll Join a Lively And Collaborative Team That Is Set Within Our Broader People, Learning & Culture Function. In This Role, You Will Be Known For Providing Professional Advice And Support Across Workforce Matters Ranging From:
- Employee conduct
- Performance management
- HR and sector compliance
- Culture development
- Legislative and Award interpretation
- Employee lifecycle
- Organisational policy
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, confidence and the curiosity to keep learning. You’ll also bring your:
- Previous HR generalist experience
- Qualification in Human Resource Management or related field
- Understanding of employment relations and associated processes
- Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and modern Awards
- Open-minded, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Professionalism, integrity and ethical nature
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare professional correspondence/documentation
- Ability to maintain a high volume and varied workload.
