We are currently seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to take charge of our upcoming projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of mobile and web applications.
• Build high-performance, scalable front-end solutions using React Native.
• Develop and maintain Laravel-based backend systems with SQL database design and optimization.
• Oversee the technical roadmap and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
• Manage code reviews, task assignments, and overall project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in React Native (mobile development).
• Proficiency in Laravel (PHP framework) and SQL database management.
• Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Firebase, or cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of payment gateways and monetization integrations.
• Background in project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Understanding of AI integrations or advanced analytics.
