At FixForm, you won’t just be writing code—you’ll be pioneering AI-driven solutions that redefine how buildings are maintained and managed. From back-end AI pipelines to sleek, reactive interfaces, you’ll be working on real features with real impact.

As our AI Full Stack Engineer, you’ll lead the development of intelligent features that enhance our product and delight our users:

• Fine-tune LLMs and optimise prompt engineering techniques (e.g., chaining, system prompts).
• Orchestrate multi-agent AI systems that interact with real-world data.
• Enhance our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to deliver accurate and contextual results.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and ops teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable features.
• Build out our AI infrastructure (MLOps & observability), ensuring model performance, reliability, and user safety.
• Design and implement end-to-end product modules using TypeScript, Node.js, and AI frameworks.
• Ship fast, learn fast: deploy features iteratively and adapt based on user feedback and performance.

You’re driven by impact and excited about working on real-world AI applications from day one:

• You’ve got 4+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software or fullstack developer).
• You’ve worked with TypeScript & Node.js, and ideally explored frameworks for LLM-based applications.
• You’re fascinated by LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, and the future of human-AI collaboration.
• You balance rapid development with thoughtful engineering and pragmatic decision-making.
• You care about user experience—not just building smart models, but usable and intuitive features.
• You enjoy ownership and thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• You’re fluent in English and based in (or willing to relocate to) Ghent – this is an onsite position.
