Senior Python Developer (LLM & Backend)

Location: Anderlecht, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)

We’re Hiring for a Senior Python Developer to join our AI Engineering Team (~10 people). You’ll work on short, dynamic projects (~2 months each) that integrate large language models (LLMs) into backend applications.

What you’ll do

• Develop Python-based agents using LLMs (RAG, grounding, context engineering)
• Build robust backend applications (FastAPI or similar)
• Collaborate with Microsoft Copilot Studio and business experts
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and data-driven backend solutions

What we’re looking for

✔️ 8+ years of software development experience

✔️ Strong Python expertise

✔️ Experience with FastAPI (or Flask, etc.)

✔️ Knowledge of LLM concepts and integration

✔️ Background in data-oriented projects (analytics / data science)

✔️ Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI
• Pharma industry experience
• Previous work on cross-functional AI projects (e.g., Sky, Jarvis)

• Hybrid flexibility: 2 days onsite, rest remote
• Full-time preferred (4 days/week possible for the right profile)
