Key Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR team, responsible for several key missions:
- Deploy the training plan and monitor it in compliance with current legislation.
- Manage payroll and administration from A to Z.
- Ensure internal communication is fluid and effective.
- Organize internal events (preparation, logistics, ...).
- Play a key role in employee onboarding and offboarding.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- A first experience in payroll and administration.
- Proficiency in French, and ideally Dutch and English.
- A structured and organized approach.
- Autonomy, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team spirit and a "Doer" mentality.
