Key Responsibilities :

• Provide operational support to project and program managers

• Contribute to planning and follow-up of multiple projects/programs

• Build and monitor capacity management models and KPI frameworks

• Assist in building and optimizing project plans, identifying constraints and incompatibilities

• Proactively challenge stakeholders and project leads to optimize delivery and resource usage

• Ensure alignment between bandwidth and project workload

• Comfortable with administrative project management tasks

Requirements :

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in PMO or PSO roles

• Strong autonomy, ability to challenge and push back when necessary

• Familiar with agile and hybrid methodologies (no need for a Scrum Master, but should understand Agile vs. Waterfall trade-offs)

• Experience building and maintaining project plans (tools: Planisware is a nice-to-have, as well as MS Project)

• Prior exposure to industrial or maintenance environments is a strong plus (to better grasp the technical ecosystem)

• Comfortable taking a helicopter view to assess priorities and constraints

• Able to identify gaps and bring actionable recommendations

• Curious, proactive, and capable of implementing KPIs and tracking performance

• Experience in or exposure to change management is a plus (even as a contributor, not necessarily a lead)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management

• Not afraid of administrative tasks

• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented

• Autonomous, curious, come up with solutions, propositions for improvement

• French is a must have as most of the stakeholders are speaking French. English is needed as well.
