Senior Java Developer

Position Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with a passion for building robust and scalable applications to join our Finance & Insurance team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java/Kotlin code that powers our client’s core services.

Your future responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java/Kotlin code.
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensuring the performance and quality of applications.
• Maintaining and improving code quality and automation processes.
  
  

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Very strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and API design (RESTful, GraphQL, gRPC).
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and comprehensive testing.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and relevant tools.
• Expertise in concurrency, threading, and distributed systems.
• Solid grasp of Clean Code principles and Clean Architecture.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Very good Estonian and English language skills.
• EU citizenship and a clean criminal record.
