We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing software development projects in both the public and private sectors from start to finish.
If you’re eager to take on the responsibility of leading strategic projects, shaping a team according to your vision, and building strong relationships with major clients in Estonia and abroad, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Successfully managing projects from selecting the right methodology to final delivery;
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships;
- Keeping the project team motivated and ensuring effective collaboration;
- Participating in project sales and proposal preparation;
- Contributing to the project management quality improvement working group.
You'll thrive here if you have:
- Have proven experience as a project manager for long-term development projects (teams of at least four members, project duration over a year);
- Are fluent in Estonian and English;
- Have a strong understanding of project management principles, timelines, and people management;
- Are proficient in both agile and non-agile methodologies;
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Hold a higher education degree or specialized IT education;
- Are willing to travel for work as needed.
You get bonus points for:
- Experience leading development projects in German;
- Background in business analysis;
- An internationally recognized project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum, or another Agile methodology certification).
