IT On-site Support (OSS) Engineer (Multiple Locations in Finland)

Job Locations : Helsinki, Tervesaari, Jamsa , Kaukas, Pellos, Pietersaari, Rauma & Tampere.

Exciting opportunity to work as On-site IT Support Engineer with a new TCS logo (Client) which is also a Top 10 Finland brand and a leading Northern European retail and wholesale company with promising individual growth.

Roles & Responsibility

• Understanding and implementing SLA based performance, Shift left and Zero touch transformations
• Understand the ITSM and Asset management tool, update these systems based on issues resolved and assets moved
• Provide requested and agreed hands & feet support to EUC, Server & Network team
• Report progress on assigned activities, collaboration with other project team members for new information needed to make progress on assigned activities
• Provide local and agreed remote site support for all local IT & OT services
• Handling of user incidents and requests
• Manages compete demands (new ), frequent changes in a time efficient manner
• Proactive and organized approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment providing consistent, high-quality output

Must-Have

• Technical knowledge of IT solutions including but not limited to workstation, server and LAN knowledge.
• Providing IT support on client site
• Windows OS
• Windows Server/AD basic knowledge
• Microsoft Office applications (O365)
• Basic understanding of network devices (Cisco and HP)
• Basic understanding of Network topology (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS)
• Experience managing mobile devices.
• Experience managing printer support.
• Experience of working in an ITIL environment
• Basic understanding of first level application support
• Strong customer service mindset
• Conduct support operations with global team and tools on a day-to-day basis
• Willingness to travel, not more than 20% of working time
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in verbal and written English & Finnish.
• Experience of IT operations for Factory and Office environment
