Role: Senior Power Platform Architect & Developer

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on-site (negotiable to remote but within Finland)

Summary

Design, build, and deliver end-to-end business solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform. Partner with stakeholders to automate workflows, create high-quality apps, and drive measurable productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development
• Design and lead architecture decisions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations.
• Build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps; customize forms, views, and business logic.
• Implement responsive, accessible UIs and reusable components.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure Power Platform solutions.
• Automation & RPA
• Build and maintain cloud flows and desktop flows in Power Automate.
• Develop RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Platform Management & Governance
• Configure environments, user roles, and permissions.
• Implement governance, DLP policies, and auditing aligned to organizational standards.
• Monitor usage, performance, and platform health.
• Integration & Extensibility
• Integrate with external systems via standard/custom connectors and REST APIs.
• Implement custom logic using Power Fx, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
• Model and manage data with Dataverse and common data models.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with business users to gather and refine requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with Power Fx and UI/UX principles.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
• Experience with UI automation and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform admin portals.
• Security, compliance, and best-practice mindset.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on solution/platform performance.
• Experience creating and managing custom connectors.
