Etsimme nyt Product Owneria Rocla FleetController –ohjausjärjestelmän käyttöönottotyökalujen kehitykseen. Tässä monipuolisessa ja vaikuttavassa tehtävässä työskentelet osana Logistics Solutions -yksikköä ja toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä ohjelmistokehittäjien, sidosryhmien ja ohjelmiston loppukäyttäjien kanssa. Roolissasi vastaat tiimin tuotteiden kehityssuunnan määrittelystä ja kehitystyön etenemisestä, varmistaen, että tiimin työ tukee kehitysohjelman tavoitteita. Product Ownerina pääset jättämään kädenjälkesi siihen, miten järjestelmää kehitetään ja käytetään.
Keskeisimpiä työtehtäviäsi ovat:
Tehtävässä raportoit Technical Program Managerille ja työpisteesi sijaitsee Järvenpäässä. Työn alussa toivomme läsnäoloa toimistolla noin kahtena päivänä viikossa, mutta tämän jälkeen työskentelet joustavasti hybridimallilla. Tehtävä on määräaikainen vanhempainvapaasijaisuus.

Are you interested in software development and product ownership in an international team? Would you like to contribute to the development of intelligent control systems for automated guided vehicles in a versatile role? If you answered yes, you might be the person we’re looking for!
We are currently looking for a Product Owner to drive the development of deployment tools for the Rocla FleetController system. In this diverse and impactful position, you will work as part of the Logistics Solutions unit and work closely with software developers, stakeholders, and end-users. As a Product Owner, you will define the development direction of you team’s products, oversee the progress of development, and ensure that the team’s work supports the goals of the broader development program. You'll have the opportunity to leave your mark on how the system is developed and used.
Key responsibilities include:
You will report to the Technical Program Manager, and your workplace will be in Järvenpää. In the beginning, we expect you to be present at the office about two days a week. After that, you can work flexibly in a hybrid model. The position is fixed term as a parental leave substitute.

- Priorisoit kehitystyötä asiakasarvon, liiketoimintahyötyjen ja teknisten reunaehtojen perusteella
- Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä kehitystiimin, UX-suunnittelun ja sidosryhmien kanssa
- Hyödynnät asiakas- ja käyttäjäpalautetta tuotteen jatkuvassa kehittämisessä
- Kommunikoit aktiivisesti tuotteen etenemisestä ja päätöksistä sidosryhmille

Olet etsimämme henkilö, jos sinulla on:
- Soveltuva tekninen korkeakoulututkinto
- Kokemusta ohjelmistokehitysprosesseista, esimerkiksi kehittäjän tai projektipäällikön roolista
- Kyky toimia itseohjautuvasti ja hallita omaa ajankäyttöäsi
- Erinomaiset organisointi- ja vuorovaikutustaidot sekä valmius toimia luontevasti eri sidosryhmien kanssa
- Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito
- Aikaisemman kokemuksen automaatiotrukeista tai teollisuuden toimitusprojekteista
- Tuntemuksen ohjelmistokehityksen menetelmistä (esim. SAFe, Scrum)
- Kokemuksen Product Ownerina toimimisesta
- Mahdollisuuden työskennellä osana kansainvälistä tiimiä kehittyvän korkean teknologian parissa
- Mielenkiintoisen ja itsenäisen roolin, jossa saat vapauden vaikuttaa omaan työhösi sekä tuotteen suuntaan ja sisältöön
- Hybridimallilla työskentelyn, sekä joustavat työajat
- Kokemukseesi ja osaamiseesi perustuvan palkkauksen

- Collaborating closely with the development team, UX designers, and various stakeholders
- Utilizing customer and user feedback to support continuous product improvement
- Actively communicating product progress and decisions to stakeholders

You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- A relevant technical degree
- Experience with software development processes – for example as a developer as a project manager
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage naturally with various stakeholders
- Fluent skills in Finnish and English
- Previous experience with automated guided vehicles or industrial delivery projects
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
- Previous experience as a Product Owner
