Position Overview
You’ll own the platform and models behind Delpha’s AI Agents—data pipelines, entity resolution, enrichment, orchestration, evaluation—and ship reliable production systems on AWS. The ideal candidate has a solid engineering background, strong skills in AWS and ML operations, and is passionate about delivering tangible, high-impact AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design & operate AI agent workflows (tool use/RAG, evaluation, guardrails, observability).
- Build data pipelines and services that process large CRM datasets (Salesforce, Snowflake, Postgres).
- Productionize dedup/entity resolution, normalization, email validation/finder, and data-quality scoring.
- Own MLOps (CI/CD for models & prompts, registries, feature stores, deployment on SageMaker/Bedrock, IaC (Terraform/CDK).
- Define SLAs, monitor drift & quality, and drive incident-free releases with product & GTM.
- Contribute to architecture decisions for scale, cost, and security.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years building production ML/AI systems (or equivalent impact).
- Strong Python and SQL; PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Cloud on AWS (or GCP/Azure and ready to move to AWS); Docker/K8s; Terraform or CDK.
- Hands-on MLOps: model serving, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), monitoring/alerts.
- Shipped LLM workloads (Bedrock/OpenAI/Claude) and RAG with vector search.
- Solid CS/ML foundations (data structures, ML algorithms, evaluation).
Nice to Have
- Experience building autonomous AI agents (tooling, policies, eval harness).
- Data engineering (lakes, pipelines) and Snowflake.
- Salesforce data model / Data Cloud / Heroku.
- Open-source contributions or strong GitHub projects.
- Entrepreneurial “ship it” mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
