Accountabilities:
- Design new systems, features, game mechanics, and content for mobile games
- Balance and maintain the game's economy, monetization, and in-game events
- Analyze existing features and live operations, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Create clear and comprehensive game design documentation, including briefs, flowcharts, feature layouts, and UI/UX mockups
- Collaborate with product owners, artists, programmers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of design elements
- Lead playtesting, gather feedback, and iterate on game mechanics to improve user experience
- Stay up to date with gaming trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain industry-leading design standards
- 4+ years of professional game design experience in mobile F2P or hybrid casual games
- Proven track record of managing complex design projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of game design principles, including mechanics, systems, economy design, level design, monetization, and live operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly
- Passion for gaming, with broad knowledge of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core mobile games
- Creative, analytical, and organized, with experience writing and maintaining detailed design documentation
- Ability to conceptualize, create, and implement game concepts using industry tools and technology
- Proficiency in Unity is a strong advantage
