About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Network & Systems Engineer / Solution Architect who combines strong hands-on expertise with the ability to design and implement advanced enterprise solutions. This role requires an engineer with deep technical knowledge across multiple domains — Network (L3, SD-LAN, Cisco ISE), DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM), Wireless (Cisco/Aruba), Unix/Windows L3 administration, and Solution Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-LAN solutions.
• Configure and manage Cisco ISE, routing & switching, and advanced network services.
• Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and operational support.
• Manage and optimize DDI platforms (EfficientIP or Infoblox).
• Ensure high availability and security of DNS and DHCP services.
• Drive automation and best practices in IP address management.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure wireless networks.
• Expertise in Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions (certification preferred).
• Conduct wireless surveys, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create HLD/LLD designs for enterprise infrastructure.
• Lead solution implementation with a focus on Network Operations and performance.
• Provide advanced support for Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and authentication services.
• Support system migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certifications: CCNP or CCIE (Cisco); Aruba/Cisco Wireless certifications a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of SD-LAN, Cisco ISE, and enterprise routing/switching.
• Hands-on expertise in EfficientIP / Infoblox DDI solutions with in-depth DNS knowledge.
• Proven track record with Cisco and/or Aruba wireless solutions.
• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect (designing & implementing enterprise solutions).
• Solid background in Unix/Linux and Windows Server administration at L3/SME level.
• Experience with security, automation, monitoring, and best practices for large IT environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
