Salary: €120,000–€140,000 + 15% bonus + 10% pension

You’ll work on large-scale personalization projects that directly impact millions of users worldwide — from optimizing in-platform search and rankings to hyper-personalized recommendations and pricing. This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll collaborate with a growing team, influence technical strategy, and deliver ML systems at scale.

The Role

• Design and deploy large-scale search retrieval and ranking algorithms.
• Develop machine learning and deep learning models for personalization, recommendations, and content optimization.
• Drive A/B testing strategies to evaluate performance in real-world scenarios.
• Mentor junior engineers while remaining hands-on in design and coding.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful ML solutions.

Your Skills & Experience

• 4+ years as an ML Engineer, with proven expertise in search ranking.
• Strong track record in recommendation systems or personalization.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python (AWS or other cloud experience also valued).
• Knowledge of A/B testing and exposure to LLM applications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to deliver at scale in consumer-facing environments.
• Strong communicator with experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
