- Data Modeling & SQL: Optimise existing data models and SQL queries for performance and accuracy.
- Governance & Compliance: Apply Power BI governance principles, including security roles and GDPR compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional and site teams to refine requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Manage reporting enhancements through DevOps and ensure tools evolve with business needs.
What We’re Looking For
âś… Strong experience with Power BI Desktop & Service (DAX, data modeling, pipelines).
âś… Solid SQL skills and ability to optimise queries and transformations.
âś… Knowledge of data governance, security models, and GDPR compliance in BI environments.
âś… Proven track record of working with cross-functional and regional/global stakeholders.
âś… Ability to manage multiple reporting streams, prioritising improvements based on business impact.
Bonus Skills:
✨ Statistics or advanced analytics (for validating and enhancing insights).
✨ Experience integrating Power BI with DevOps, CMMS, or operational platforms.
✨ Domain knowledge in energy, sustainability, or infrastructure reporting.
