About the Role:

Job Title - Blockchain Developer

Location – Milan OR Bari, Italy

Mode of Work - Hybrid (2 Days onsite in week)

Type of Hiring - Permanent

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems.
• Experience with blockchain development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, or Ganache.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, Layer 2 scaling solutions, or DAO frameworks.
• Contributions to open source blockchain projects.
• Understanding of smart contract security and auditing tools.
