For our office in Cusago (MI) we are now looking for a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the full-cycle project completion for clients. You communicate with internal and external clients and perform all Project Management tasks required to control, report and close out the projects successfully.

What You Will Do

  • Lead full-cycle project management, ensuring alignment with project specifications and contractual commitments.
  • Manage international EPC driven projects
  • Analyse project documentation to define scope, client expectations, budget, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
  • Assemble and manage project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely execution in line with the project plan.
  • Proactively identify and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor financial performance, maintain budget control, and provide regular status reports to Engineering, Operations, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and closeout procedures.
  • Oversee sub-supplier activities, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with construction/commissioning teams to integrate progress, cost, and scope updates into the overall execution plan (where applicable).
  • Maintain comprehensive project control documentation throughout the project lifecycle and ensure quality standards are met through continuous monitoring and control.
  • Motivate and guide project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Engage with key stakeholders as needed, including international travel.
  • Conduct face-to-face negotiations with clients to resolve issues and align expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of global and regional processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years of international project management and related experience with industrial manufacturing and/or EPC experience
  • Experience with Heating/Process Systems would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
