We specialize in innovative tech solutions for the transportation sector. RoadmasterVR is a new generation truck driver training platform based on advanced simulators, Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for creating modern, efficient user interfaces and solving complex technical challenges both in front-end and back-end. As our team grows, you will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior front-end developers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to ensure the successful and high-quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
- Troubleshoot complex UI-related challenges and propose scalable solutions.
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews and best practices.
- Implement new back-end features.
- Test and optimize user interfaces for performance and usability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to front-end solutions.
- Participate in project planning, architecture design, and sprint meetings.
- Lead and mentor junior front-end developers.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience, minimum 3 years of back-end development experience.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and one or more front-end frameworks (React).
- Experience with CSS, SCSS, and UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Experience with PHP or other backend technology (python, .NET, JAVA).
- Experience working with SQL databases (Postgresql, Mysql, Microsoft SQL) - querying and modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of rendering optimization and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility solutions and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs or GraphQL integrations.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Enzyme).
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and processes.
Other Skills
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities; able to make technical decisions both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Capability to effectively convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range
- Gross monthly salary: EUR 4,500 to 6,300, depending on skills and experience.
